haven't posted here in a while. anyways, i've finally graduated. now it's time to move on to college. can't wait, but nervous at the same time. wonder what college will be like.

i bought sword in the stone and aladddin last night. i love those movies. i also had an irish guy come up to me, he called me las. that made me happy.

we had a jesus fight on the way home on the bus today. some girl just handed me some flyers and just gave them to my little asain friend James. he crumbled them up and started throwing them at an Indian kid that's Hindu.

yay, no school tomorrow. i tried going down my hill at night. i slipped and slid all the way down to the bottom of the hill. i was amused on how i didn't make any foot prints in the snow/ice. and if you didn't know already, i'm easliy amused. i tried jumping on it and i barely cracked it.

found this out yesterday, we would've won FIRST PLACE if our crab was cooked all the way. we ran out of gas and David didn't have enough time to change the gas. so we're the best in the state. the other team only won because of default. but just the fact that i know that we're the best in the state makes me happy. i cooled off a bit from only getting $500. i'll just apply my ass off for scholarships.

i am fucking pissed off. i did all that work and preparation for the competition for nothing. staying after school for like 4 hours went to nothing. i just found out that i only get $500 of scholarships towards johnsen and wales. i could've stayed at home and worked to earn that money. i took off an entire week of work for this. J&W only gave out $500, and since i'm going there that's all i get. $15,000 down the drain. and here are colleges complaining about unused scholarships and here's $15,000 going down the fucking drain. now i have to take out a larger fucking loan to pay for college. now i wish that i didn't compete. you cannot imagine how pissed off i am and how that busted my bubble. i did all that for $500 fucking bucks. it was all for nothing. just $500 and a piece of cheap metal. you know what, screw J&W. i'm going to pennsylvania culinary institue. they told me that they'll honor any scholarship that i throw at them.

i didn't want to win first because that would mean more practice and more stress for nationals. besides, third place is pretty good for our first year competing. holy crap it was intese though.

it's tomorrow. i'm completley nervous.

i'm so happy that there was no school today. i did NOT want to cook for the counselours. we need our regular practice more than catering for them. yesterday, i tried making the mango salsa. holy shit i'm not doing that. it takes up way too much time. i'm going back to the marzipan. the marzipan is so much easier and will take up less time. when i did it with the marzipan i was 3 min under; with the salsa, i was 5 min over. i'm sticking with the marzipan. cutting up all the little pieces is time consuming. more time consuming than the marzipan. plus, i think that the marzipan will score us some points. who else will have marzipan on their desserts? it's unique and they're really cool. plus, i think that the marzipan shows off my skills more than the salsa.

ooooohhhh.... shit. it's this saturday. i'm completely nervous and psyched about it.

i've been so stressed lately. this competition thing is killing me. there's also the fact that 2 girls have been fired at work so they'll be calling me in more frequently. so that adds alot more to it. i started to cry during 5th period. it wasn't loud, just tears streaming down my face. then when i get to 6th period that's when i broke down. i first get in and sit down. then i realize what was going to happen and i tell fabian to get me some paper towels. so mrs.gilbert grabs me and i just let it all out in her office. now that i cried i feel alot better. that's a rare event if you see me crying.

i just finished taking my english final. holy shit, that was so fucking easy. that was the easiest test that i have ever taken. now to the next challenge, the bus.

this winter break has been short. every day except for christmas, i've been out. either at work or shopping with my grandparents. and tonight, i get to spend my new years at church. woooo.... yeah.... more church.
